Hello Freedom! Fujitsu Highlights Mainframe Migration Success
Euronext, Galmed and Stockholmshem power down their mainframes and free up their IT budgets in early 2005 Mainframe Migration Conference, Chicago, May 25, 2005 – Today, Fujitsu Software Corporation has announced a number of key customer successes in mainframe migration including Euronext (European securities exchange), Galmed (major Spanish manufacturer of galvanized steel), and Stockholmshem (property management to 60,000 Stockholm residents) , all having migrated applications in production using NetCOBOL, NeoKicks and a JCL migration solution. All of these customers have either dismantled or severed their ties with the mainframes they were using just a few months ago.
